His latest, "Barack, The Magic Negro". If Imus can lose his job because of what he said, how the hell can Rush stay on the radio? How many times does he need to attack Obama because he is black or not black enough? As if somehow Rush is an expert on the black or African-American community. And before anyone says why do I care about this and not Imus? Context, Context and Context. Rush isn't a morning shock jock that interviews strippers and homeless people. He is supposed to be a serious commentator on politics. But what he really is, is a pill popping, racist, conservative bigot that hides behind a microphone. Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh, the idols of the right.

FOX NEWS And Bill'O Imploding

In an interview between Bill'O and Geraldo on FOX NEWS, the two become unwound while discussing a girl who was killed by a drunk driver. Bill'O wants to make it about illegal immigration since the person driving was, illegal. However, Geraldo thinks it should be about drunk driving.

Maybe if this was the only person who had been killed by a drunk driver, Bill'O would have a point. But the fact of the matter is, thousands are killed each year from drunk drivers, and Bill'O says nothing about those.

In an interview with Col Ann Wright, who served 29 years, Bill O' can't win the argument with facts, so he cuts her mic and calls her anti-American. Bill O' is the "Worst person in the World"! That damn truth has such a liberal bias.

Republicans Were Source For ABC

The NY Times has an article that not only shows other newspapers had been given this information, but ABC had it for awhile. It seems the attention started to pick up from this blog post. And as they say, the rest is history. I know a lot of people are thinking the timing around this is somewhat fishy. And maybe the fact that this info was going around in a campaign year, when isn't it, brings more attention to that fact.

If the Republican leadership didn't want this to become an election year issue, they should have been ahead of this last year. Bad politics. Which is why I know the White House knew nothing about this. If Rove had even a week to deal with this, it would have gone away quietly. He may be an ass, but he has a brilliant political mind. They could have made up some excuse of family and friends or health issues for Foley to walk away. Also what sticks out is that one of the emails received by the blog says that this guys(assuming) parents give a lot of money to the Republican party. How much did Foley raise in the last year? How much has he raised for others?

Nonsensical Babble

This person on MSNBC says some absolutely ridiculous things. Unfortunately this will become more and more the norm with the mid-terms around the corners.

Then add to it the Terry Jeffery's of the world with their rhetoric that they are superior on national security. I love how they say it has been five years since we had an attack on U.S. soil. How is this an accomplishment? Is it great that we haven't been attacked? Yes! But for all the bashing of Bill Clinton that the right has done around placing blame for 9/11, it was eight years between the two World Trade Center attacks. So even when Clinton 'wasn't doing anything' to fight terror, we still went eight years without an attack.

So even when this Administration bends, twists and breaks the Constitution in the name of 'the war on terror', they haven't done anything unprecedented. But isn't protecting Americans what our government is supposed to do? And why should they be applauded for doing their job? It's like the linebacker who dances after each tackle he makes. Isn't that what he is being paid to do?
