New Iraq Poll: From Iraqis, Not American Politicians
In a poll that will be released tomorrow, Iraqis paint a much different picture that our politicians.
9 out of 10 say they live in fear of violence.The poll was a joint effort by USA TODAY, ABC News, the British Broadcasting Corp. and ARD, a German TV network. The full results from face-to-face interviews with 2,212. Iraqis from Feb. 25 to March 5
8 out of 10 say they have little confidence in coalition forces.
In a 2 to 1 margin, Iraqis say that the reconstruction has been "ineffective".
