al-Sadr Strikes Again

Well, now we know why his militia pulled out of Amara after attacking yesterday.

(Reuters)Gunmen loyal to Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr clashed with police near Baghdad on Saturday, one day after hundreds of Sadr's militiamen attacked police stations and battled Iraqi forces in a town further south.
IMHO, there are only two moves in Iraq. Either we send more troops, or we begin to leave. Because all we are doing now is plugging holes in a sinking ship that is costing lives and billions of dollars. Stay the course is broken, and neither "winning or losing" is a strategy. It's rhetoric and it does nothing to solve the problem!
