Are Germany And Israel A Little Cross?

Last month there was an incident where Germany, the naval leader in the Lebanon cease-fire, claims that an Israeli jet fired over one of their ships in international water. Following this event, which Israel denies, Germany has asked that Resolution 1701 be implemented fully(res 1701). When Defense Minister Franz Josef Jung was asked if he supported the use of force against Israel he said,"the important thing is to implement 1701 fully, especially in spirit."
