Evacuation Report Flawed

A new report that grades cities on how ready they are to evacuate in the case of a natural disaster or an attack has been released. The results of this report, IMHO, are flawed for one reason. The location of the cities.

The only city to receive an A was Kansas City. First off, how much a of terror threat is KC? Second, how many ways out of KC are there? And third, what else is there around KC?

If you are NY, LA, New Orleans or Chicago you automatically lose one direction to go because of water. You also have a 'few' more people to move then you do in KC. Let's put nine million people in KC and say "Go!" and see how they do!

With that said, how much safer could we be if we spent $300 billion at home instead of in Iraq?
