60 More Bodies Found In Iraq

I don't know how people can't see it's a civil war in Iraq. More Iraqis have been killed by sectarian violence, just in 2006, then the amount of U.S. troops killed since the start of the war. If it's not a civil war, is it ethnic cleansing then?
