All This For One Soldier

While I understand and appreciate the motto,"No one left behind", but this is getting out of hand. It is hard to for those who support the right for Israel to exist in peace with it's neighbors when they do things like this.

(AFP/Yahoo) Twenty-two Palestinians and an Israeli soldier were killed as Israel thrust deep into the Gaza Strip, reoccupying areas evacuated 10 months ago and carrying out a wave of air raids.

The Israeli army created a buffer zone in northern Gaza as it widened its offensive against the Palestinians, upping the pressure on the embattled Hamas-led government to free a captured soldier and stop rocket attacks.

There is nothing proportional about this response, and it will only support those who claim Israel is the problem.
