Too Convenient For Me

Obviously living in eyesight of the Sears Tower, and the best skyline in the world, this report tonight on CNN certainly catches my attention. My first thoughts were good thing we got the increased funding that angered so many people. But then I started reading things, whether it was Ablog or the AP release, I couldn't help but think that this is just another election stunt.

While maybe the arrest wasn't a stunt, the publicity certainly is. With what happened in Canada, the Zarqawi killing and now this. It just seems so, uhm, scripted. Then when you add to it that Gen Casey and Rumsfeld are calling for troops to start coming home, but maybe not because that would be cut and run, at the end of the year, I just have a hard time with it.
