Lots Of Questions About Goss's Departure

While I think the selection of Gen. Hayden would be a bad choice for many reasons, isn't this what Negroponte is supposed to be doing? He is the Director of National Intelligence. If this is about bad decisions made while Goss was head of the CIA then good, but if they are trying to escape bad publicity because Goss is tied up with Duke Cunningham, then there's obviously more reason for concern about corruption during the last 6 years.

(Time)Then there was the X factor in Goss's departure: his judgment about people. After bringing with him a boarding party of staff members who seemed to specialize in mishandling personnel matters, Goss promoted Kyle (Dusty) Foggo to be the CIA's executive director and top budget chief. Foggo is now at the center of a growing investigation into a federal bribery case that has already sent former California Congressman Randy (Duke) Cunningham to prison for more than eight years. A source close to the investigation tells TIME that the Justice Department is investigating reports that one of Cunningham's benefactors, Pentagon and CIA contractor Brent Wilkes, a buddy of Foggo's since high school, provided Foggo with improper gifts, such as lavish vacations.
Either way, it is just fishy what is going on, and it does nothing to change peoples mind that this Administration and the people in puts into place are corrupt or questionable at the least.
