Iraqi Vets Suffer Shell Shock

We often focus on the dead and maimed soldiers, but are physical injuries the only things vets from Iraq and Afghanistan suffer from? Like the returning vets from Vietnam, vets from Iraq and Afghanistan suffer from shell shock, or for the politically correct, post-traumatic stress disorder.
