If you have child porn on your computer, and your computer has a problem, don't call Geeks on Call.

(Daily Herald)A tip from a technician who was repairing a computer in January led to the arrest of a Naperville man on child pornography charges

Stovall had hired Geeks On Call to fix his computer. While working on it Jan. 5, a technician found pornographic pictures of children, police said.

While I am not an attorney, I play one online, and I would have to think that there are some invasion of privacy issues here. It would be a shame if this guy beats this on a technicality.
