(MSNBC-AP)NEW ORLEANS - A federal judge Monday refused to delay a New Orleans’ April 22 mayoral election, telling both sides to solve any problems that might hinder displaced residents ability to vote.

You mean like a hurricane that destroyed N.O., a city left by the Government to survive for itself? Or are they talking about the fact that a good portion of the city, which tend to be black, won't be able to vote. If they didn't have the resources to leave prior to Katrina, what makes anyone think they have the resources after they lost everything to come back to N.O. to vote? It's almost feels like they have a "genocide by natural disaster" going on in N.O.
