NY KFC/Taco Bell Passed Inspection Day Before

The infamous KFC/Taco Bell in NY that had rats running all around the place, apparently passed inspection the day before the rats were discovered. Makes you wonder what else is in these restaurants that's not being caught. Mmmm yummy, lunch time!
