Mexico Wants Dog The Bounty Hunter

While I haven't reached Lou Dobbs on the Mexico Threat Level, I am wondering why we don't test a missile that might accidentally land somewhere south of the Rio Grande.

(NBC 3) Mexico A Mexican federal court has cleared the way for T-V bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman to be extradited to face charges in Mexico.
But before Chapman is extradited, the decision can still be appealed.

A court has rejected Chapman's request for an injunction. He's accused of illegally arresting Max Factor makeup heir and convicted rapist Andrew Luster in 2003.
