Progress On North Korean Front?

While no details are being announced, North Korea is saying that it has reached an agreement with the U.S. on it's nuclear program. It appears from the statements that what was agreed on is an outline for progress.

(AP/ABC) Hill said the talks laid the foundation for progress when six-nation nuclear negotiations resume and that he had agreed with his North Korean counterpart "on a number of issues." He also declined to elaborate.

I'll believe it when the people involved are of a little more importance than these guys.
