Part Of Austin Shut Down Due TO Dead Birds

A 10 block area of Austin has been shut down after dozens of dead birds were found. There have been no indications of humans being harmed. Is it me, or are we seeing a lot more cases of dead birds showing up? Maybe it's cause people are paying more attention to it now, but something doesn't sit right with me.
