New Ray-Gun On Display

This is pretty wild. A new ray-gun developed for the military would make people feel like they are about to catch on fire. The device can work at a distance of 500 yards, which is many times further than any current non-lethal weapon. Unfortunately it won't be ready until at least 2010.
