Murder Rates Are Up In 2006

All over the country, the amount of murders are up. Including here in Chicago, where the rate had been trending down the last few years. The problem seems to be accessibility of guns, legal and illegal, even though it is getting phrased as "happening with illegal guns". And as a former gun owner I don't really have a problem with that statement, however, the guns were all legal at some point.
