Global Warming Goes To Supreme Court

The issue of global warming goes to the Supreme Court this week. The Bush administration is trying to say that the EPA lacks the power to regulate CO2 as a pollutant. Several states, major cities and environmental groups are challenging this thought process.

The definition of pollutant is - "Something that pollutes, especially a waste material that contaminates air, soil, or water."

Let's apply some basic math logic to this. If A = B, and B = C, then A = C. We can all agree on that, right? If CO2 helps cause global warming, and global warming is a danger to the environment and humans, then CO2 is a danger to humans and the environment.

Seems simple enough that even Bush can understand it.
