Child Porn Law Loophole Overturns Conviction

A man convicted of "knowingly" possessing child porn had his decision overturned because the evidence was in his browser's cache. Anthony Diodoro's lawyer argued that he did not know his browser's cache saved visited pages, therefore he did not "knowingly" possess child porn. The Pennsylvania Superior Court agreed and Anthony Diodoro is a free man. For the record, Anthony Diodoro viewed some 370 pictures of child porn.
