White House Lackey Settles Propaganda Case

While Armstrong Williams admits "no wrongdoing", he is still paying $34,000 in a settlement. In the original contract of $240,000, it was determined that the government paid $34,000 too much for his services. Um, to me it seems that it was $240,000 too much. Should it really be ok for a government agency to pay the media to promote an agenda?
