Maybe Clinton Did Give A Plan

Yesterday we heard Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice say, "We were not left a comprehensive strategy to fight al Qaida,", in response to President Clinton's comment that his Administration left her with a strategy to fight al Qaida. Today we learn that maybe Clinton did. So what is Condi going to say? Maybe it would go like this, I think it was something like, "Strategy for Eliminating the Threat from the Jihadist Networks of al-Qida: Status and Prospects."
