NSA Program Ruled To Be Unconstitutional

Judge Taylor said the program violates our freedom of speech and privacy, or officially, our First and Fourth Amendment rights. The judge also said that the Administration was also violating the separation of powers as defined by the Constitution.

While some will argue that this judge is wrong and this will hurt us in the war on terror, this process is what separates, or should I say prevents us from becoming the very people we fight. No one is saying that you can't spy on Americans or any other person in America, all we are saying is just do it legally and with some oversight.

UPDATE: TPM Muckracker has the judges opinion.
