Judge Throws Out One Charge In Padillia case

Maybe the White House, the NSA and The A.G.'s office need to get reacquainted with the Constitution. In just the last week they have been warned by judges that they were violating the 1st and 4th Amendment, the seperation of powers and now today double jeopardy. Do they really hate the Constitution?
