"Trash" Is Code For Black

St. Tammany Parrish should be proud to have him as their Sheriff, cause he won't stand for "that trash" coming to Tammany Parrish. I would assume we will be hearing an apology from him soon, and I am sure it will contain the phrase, "My words were taken out of context". Yeah right!
