Judge Allows More Nuclear Waste In Washington

Two years ago voters in Washington approved a ban on more radioactive waste at the Hanford nuclear reservation until all of the old waste was cleaned up. And of course the government filed suit in federal court to have the new law thrown out. And guess what just happened?

And if Bush gets his way we will have more nuclear power plants. Get ready for a nuclear waste dump near you!
