It's All Perspective I Guess

I decided to break out one of the old DVD's. I went back to the year 1984 for the classic Red Dawn. While watching this I couldn't help but think about how we often call the insurgents terrorists, but for Iraqis against what we are doing, aren't they more like Wolverines than terrorists?

While I am not justifying what the insurgents are doing in Iraq, I just think we need to look at this from both sides. What American wouldn't take up arms against an invading force? While I chose a different path than the military, I think we can all agree that defending against an invader is a different story.

If you haven't seen Red Dawn, it's worth a watch. The cast turned out to be pretty successful.
