Final Groups Sign Declaration In Sudan

The last of the militias have agreed and signed the peace declaration. Unfortunately the ones who have already signed haven't committed to peace yet.

(AP/Yahoo)The United Nations and aid groups have said violence has worsened since the accord was signed, as armed groups try to secure more territory ahead of implementing a cease-fire.

I don't know what people are waiting for, send in peacekeeping troops from the U.N. and get things stabilized. Then bring the food, water and medicine. This seems like, uhm, common sense!
