Maybe The FBI Just Needs To Be Focused

We all wondered how the FBI missed 9/11, maybe if they were not so busy chasing down a body that has been missing for 30 years and focused more on terrorists, we might have stopped 9/11. If they find Hoffa, what is going to change? And does anyone really care either?
