Divide Iraq Up Into Three Parts

Sen. Biden has put out the idea of spltting Iraq into three parts. He probably isn't the first person to say it, just the most recent and probably the most visible government official to say it. What gets me is how people are saying that this can't happen. It will never work.

So you can't divide up a piece of land into seperate, uhm, states for a lack of anything better. Let those states create their own laws as long as they follow a, uhm, you know some piece of paper that is the law of the land. Something that gives people certain rights, oh yeah, a constitution. It would have a central government that controls the main workings or direction of the people. What could they call something like this...........maybe something like America. Yeah your right, it could never work.
