Venezuela Arms Itself Against The U.S.

We see the policy of, "You are either with us or against us" has inspired Venezuela to create a military of 1 million. They already have 150,000 sign up that have joined the 100,000 current soldiers. They are also forming neighborhood-based militias to protect Chavez. What happens if someone decides to provide them with the blueprints and technology to begin nuclear capabilities?

We face situations in Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Russia, Israel/Palestinian Territories and Venezuela. And China is on the horizon. Granted, he inherited most of these, but he hasn't done much to make any of them better. If anyone can suggest how these situations have gotten better, I would like to hear them!

Some of Chavez's critics say the ramp up is to create a Cuba like environment for him to keep his power. Which is only where Russia parked nuclear weapons in rage of the U.S.
