Politicians Taxing iTunes

Don't blame iTunes or Apple when prices of music, video or audiobook downloads goes up. I know this may be only a small amount when it is all said and done, and taxes are the price we pay for our way of life, but it reminds me of the Mafia shaking down a business because they are succesful. And this isn't a Republican thing, most of the states that have this tax are controlled by Dems.

The iTunes partisan divide
Nine states that tax digital-media downloads have legislatures controlled by Democrats. Five have Republican-controlled legislatures.
