Congresswoman Sends Email With Profanity To Constituent

Missouri Rep. Jo Ann Emerson sent a letter to one of her constituents which ended in "I think you are an asshole." The Congresswoman is denying it.

A valuable lesson has been learned and new procedures will be adopted as a result."
