Up Or Down Frist!

If I can, I would like to take one of Sen. Frist's line, Let's have a up or down vote. How come when it has to do with the Republicans and their right wing agenda Frist wants up or down votes? Now when dealing with the ports and the security of America, we can't get Frist to give us the up or down vote. This just shows, it is not about being right or wrong, it is about control. It is about them being in control and having to do things when and how they want. It seems however that this time they might have bitten off more they can chew.
