"Something Like Bin Ladden....Attack The U.S."

Remember Condi saying, " Something like Bin Ladden determined to attack U.S."?She was all matter of fact about it. Well it turns out, the FBI did know. But they probably couldn't get through to the President because he was never in Washington prior to 9/11. On a side note, will this Presidents legacy be filled with people saying,"As it turns out...."?
