Freed Journalist Enemy To Right

After reading some right wing blogs, it is clear that Jill Carroll as become their enemy. Crooks and Liars has a synopsis. Some of these blogs suffer from what I call the "Frist Syndrome". Which simply put is the diagnosing of people from seeing them on TV. To make assertions about how she felt, feels, or will feel is just crazy. Maybe the people who kidnapped her where trying to make a point about the treatment of Iraqi women at the hands of some of the more extreme U.S./British troops. You know, the Abu Grab Ass situation.

While I am somewhat confused about her comments too, I am not ready to lump her in with the terrorists and insurgents. After all, we don't want to be like Afghanistan and "Force" people to think a certain way.(converted Afghan) None the less, I happy for her and her family that she is free.
