EPA Rule Struck Down

Today the Federal Appeals Court struck down an appeal from the EPA on a "Bush" rule that would have made it easier for coal plants to expand without any regulation on pollution.

It's almost hard to believe the "Protection" part of EPA stands for the protection of citizens instead of business.
