Is CBS A Turn Coat?

CBS has decided to try to get back some of the money it is losing now that Stern has gone to Sirius. The lawsuit stipulates that Stern and his agent, Don Buckwald, broke contractual agreements with CBS. They also go on to say that Stern used the air waves to promote his then upcoming show on Sirius. To which they claim that the stock related bonus that Stern and his agent received earlier this year should belong to them.
After reading this I think why stop with Stern, why not file suit against all the t.v. shows that reported the move to Sirius, the radio shows that talk about it, and the internet for the blogs or tech sites. Maybe things will come out to change my mind, but if this was an issue, why wait til Stern is already on Sirius. Why not talk to him while he still worked at CBS? Could it be the $36 million bonus in stocks?
